The Role

Jimmy Fairly is looking for an Acquisition Lead & Content Strategist to support our key strategic missions:

  • Brand Awareness & Desirability: Consolidate Jimmy Fairly’s status as the go-to (Top-of-Mind) brand for 18–35 year-olds.

  • E-commerce Expansion (North America Focus): Drive e-commerce growth in the United States by identifying and deploying the most relevant acquisition levers for this specific market, with a broad playground for experimentation.

  • Operational Excellence: Guarantee ROI optimization by bridging creative experimentation with economic sustainability.

Your mission

I. Strategy Definition & Investment Orchestration

  • Develop the global acquisition strategy, balancing budgets between brand awareness, e-commerce conversion, and drive-to-store objectives.

  • Lead international expansion, with a strategic focus on the specificities of the US market.

  • Anticipate market trends to position the brand on the most relevant emerging platforms.

II. Content Strategy & Creative Performance

  • Angle Engineering: Identify communication angles that trigger purchases (problem/solution, aspiration, social proof, status, before/after, etc.).

  • Hook Design: Write high-performing video hooks and scripts capable of stopping the scroll and maximizing retention.

  • Rapid Iteration: Systematically produce variants (5 to 20 versions of a single concept) to test different messaging and formats.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our studio, editors, designers, and UGC creators (and even the founder) to produce assets that are both "on-brand" and "pro-performance."


III. ROI Management & Data Analysis

  • Performance Analysis: Read and interpret data (CTR, Hook rate, Hold rate, ROAS) to determine exactly which content to scale, modify, or kill.

  • Manage agencies and external partners with a focus on results and a constant ROI-driven logic.

  • Monitor daily campaign deployment to ensure optimal reactivity to market fluctuations.

  • Take full ownership of the ROI for all communication budgets engaged.

IV. Continuous Experience Optimization

  • Optimize the overall customer journey, from the first ad exposure to the landing page experience, through systematic A/B testing.

  • Define tailored content strategies based on acquisition channels, countries, and funnel stages (messaging, products, angles).

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure every performance asset respects the elegance and premium positioning of Jimmy Fairly.

Your Profile

  • A Paid Acquisition star with an entrepreneurial, curious, and creative mindset.

  • Expertise: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury, within a high-growth e-commerce context. Experience in the US market is a major plus.

  • Editorial Skills: Excellent ability to write scripts and understand the psychological triggers of sales.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Ads ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, Google) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Supermetrics, Looker).

  • Languages: Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
