You will actively contribute to the brand's desirability and growth through three major pillars:
1. Digital Campaigns & 360° Orchestration
Collection Launches: Ensure the operational rollout of new collection launches across all digital touchpoints (Newsletters, Website, Paid Media campaigns).
Desirability Driver: Collaborate on the communication strategy to turn newsletters and CRM into powerful levers for loyalty and "Top-of-Mind" awareness.
2. Content Creation & UGC Strategy
UGC Production: Supervise and coordinate content creation with influencers to ensure a result that is both authentic and premium, staying true to luxury codes.
Creative Briefing: Participate in designing high-performance, digital-native formats in line with current trends.
Messaging Adaptation: Tailor content and communication angles based on the country (specifically for US expansion) and the stage of the conversion funnel.
3. Editorial & Customer Experience
On-site Content: Assist in creating and integrating SEO-optimized content to increase global brand visibility.
Retention & Repurchase: Design targeted customer journeys and messaging to encourage repeat purchases and turn our customers into brand ambassadors.
Mindset: Strong affinity for social media, fashion, luxury, and digital innovation. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
Writing Skills: A genuine taste for copywriting and content creation.
Technical Skills: Initial knowledge of the digital ecosystem (Social Media, CRM) is a plus.
Languages: Perfect command of French and fluent English is mandatory (given the international growth and North American expansion).
