Founded in Paris in 2011, Jimmy Fairly is a French eyewear brand offering high-quality, fashionable prescription glasses and sunglasses at a fair price. We control every stage of our value chain, from design and assembly to distribution through our own stores and direct customer care.

With a network of over 180 boutiques, Jimmy Fairly is undergoing rapid international expansion across Europe and the United States. Over the coming years, our core focus is scaling our global e-commerce business with an emphasis on high growth in the US market, alongside expanding our US retail footprint.

To support this ambitious expansion, our Digital team is looking for a E-Store Manager. In this key role, you will be instrumental in delivering a top-notch site experience, accelerating e-commerce growth, and driving brand awareness across global markets.

MISSIONS

1. E-Merchandising & Catalog Management

  • Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Create descriptions, trust elements and translations; coordinate visual asset requirements and imports; manage multi-currency pricing.

  • Visual E-merchandising: Daily updates based on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and product potential.

  • Content Management: Manage the homepage and content pages for marketing activations, brand communications, and drive-to-store initiatives.

  • Site Search & Discovery: Optimize product sorting rules, filters, search synonyms, and automated recommendations to ensure maximum product findability.

2. Buying & Stock Management

  • E-Stock Optimization: Identify high-potential products (sales, conversion rates, restock requests) and perform bi-weekly inventory tracking.

  • Stock & Margin Alignment: Work closely with the Buying team to align digital merchandising with inventory depth, sell-through rates, and target product margins.

  • Assortment Planning & Feedback Loop: Provide online customer demand insights (search trends, zero-result queries, top wishlisted items) to the Buying team to inform future collection purchasing and reordering strategies.

3. UX, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Analytics

  • A/B Testing & Personalization: Formulate hypotheses, build dedicated landing pages, and test different customer journeys (layouts, messaging, CTAs) to maximize conversion rates.

  • Continuous UX Improvement: Identify drop-off points and friction in the purchase funnel; drive continuous optimizations for shipping options, trust elements, and checkout flow.

  • Agency Management: Brief and manage external agency on a daily basis, driving backlog prioritization to ensure on-time delivery of web developments.

  • Technical Quality Control: Detect, report, and troubleshoot site bugs and technical issues affecting conversion.

4. E-Commerce Project Management

  • Product Launches: Coordinate and monitor incoming inventory to schedule and execute timely product go-lives.

  • Digital Production: Brief creative teams and follow up on digital assets production.

  • 360° Product Visibility: Ensure consistent product pushes across the website and digital ad campaigns in alignment with marketing.

5. Drive-to-Store Management

  • Store Pages: Create and maintain local store pages (opening hours, descriptions, Waitwhile integration, local services).

  • Retail Integration: Handle and resolve store-related issues linked to web operations (e.g., Click & Collect, local inventory visibility).

6. Localization, GEO & SEO & Operations

  • Translation & Localization: Guarantee a tailored local experience per market (promotions, local pricing, localized content).

  • GEO & SEO Optimization: Integrate and optimize GEO & SEO content across products, store pages, collections, and editorial articles.

  • Customer Support & Legal: Keep customer-facing operational pages up to date (FAQs, legal pages, T&Cs).

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in an e-commerce company or fast-growing digital brand.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to organize and drive initiatives end-to-end.

  • Doer & Fast-Learner: Hands-on mindset, quick to grasp new topics, proactive, and solution-oriented.

  • Data-driven & Analytical: High comfort level with figures, business metrics, and Excel.

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
