Job Description
Jimmy Fairly is looking for a PR Assistant to support its USA marketing team, with the role based in its Paris HQ. This is a full time, 6-month internship position starting October 1st 2025.
Reporting directly to the USA PR Coordinator and collaborating closely with the communications team, you will play a key role in influencer relations.
YOUR MISSION:
Your main missions would be the following:
Responsibilities:
● Support the USA team with daily social media and influencer marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.
● Assist in growing and maintaining the influencer database, ensuring all profiles align with Jimmy Fairly’s brand identity and values.
● Identify emerging and relevant creators to drive brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful influencer campaigns from concept to launch.
● Assist with influencer gifting initiatives, including product selection, order coordination, packaging, and dispatch.
● Monitor social media trends, creator culture, and competitor activity to keep Jimmy Fairly at the forefront of digital innovation.
● Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments on Instagram and TikTok.
● Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights into content and campaign effectiveness.
YOUR PROFILE:
● A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or at least 6 months of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing.
● A native or fluent English speaker
● A true team player with a collaborative mindset, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines.
● Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning skills and the ability to stay ahead of the curve.
● Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and talent.
● Deep understanding of digital and social trends, with a natural instinct for what performs well on TikTok and Instagram.
● A genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture.
