The position


Jimmy Fairly is looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support its UK marketing team, with the role based in its London HQ.

Reporting directly to the Brand & PR Coordinator and collaborating closely with the communications team at our Paris headquarters, you will play a key role in influencer relations.


Your Role


Main Missions :

  • Support the UK team with daily social media and influencer marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Assist in growing and maintaining the influencer database, ensuring all profiles align with Jimmy Fairly’s brand identity and values.
  • Identify emerging and relevant creators to drive brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful influencer campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Assist with influencer gifting initiatives, including product selection, order coordination, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Monitor social media trends, creator culture, and competitor activity to keep Jimmy Fairly at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights into content and campaign effectiveness.


Your Profile :


  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or at least 6 months of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing.
  • A true team player with a collaborative mindset, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning skills and the ability to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and talent.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social trends, with a natural instinct for what performs well on TikTok and Instagram.
