The Omnichannel Sales Associate is responsible for driving remote sales from the Jimmy Fairly headquarters.
Your Missions:
Customers outreach: contacting customers to offer and schedule appointments in one of our stores in Belgium, more specifically in the Flanders region
Store Coordination: Acting as the primary link with retail teams to ensure seamless appointment management
Performance Tracking: Monitoring remote sales activities and identifying ways to optimize them
You will build genuine relationships with customers to provide the highest level of service and experience. Your #1 priority will be ensuring daily customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a “merchant soul” and, ideally, a successful initial experience in retail.
It is necessary to be fluent in Flemish or Dutch (native or bilingual proficiency), and to be able to hold a simple conversation in French or English as well.
You enjoy taking on challenges and are persistent.
You demonstrate empathy and strong listening skills.
You are an excellent oral communicator.
You are a team player.
Position Details:
Contract: 2 months contract (CDD) based in Paris, 8 hours per week (or 16 hours per week if you are also fluent in french)
Compensation: Fixed salary + bonuses
